SOCIETY: In France, there are now 53 tobacco-free beaches.

In France, 53 beaches now prohibit smoking. The city of Nice, in the Alpes-Maritimes, was the pioneer of tobacco-free labeled beaches.

THE CIGARETTE IS BANNED, NOT KNOWN RESTRICTIONS FOR THE VAPE!

Since 2007 in France, it is forbidden to smoke in public places. And in some municipalities, this is also the case on the beaches. In Villeneuve-Loubet in the Alpes-Maritimes, since June, the butts are being hunted. Indeed, on 7 ranges, 6 are now non-smoking. The objective is clearly to raise awareness about the dangers of tobacco and to make the beaches cleaner.

Currently on these beaches which prohibit smoking, there are no restrictions on vaping. Hopefully that doesn't change with the upcoming ban on e-cigarettes in public places.
