The new law does not differentiate and initiates a regulation of e-cigarettes with and without nicotine. Vape is therefore found at the same level as tobacco products and the treatment inflicted will therefore be the same. In the name of health protection, vaping in public places will be prohibited and vapers will have to go to the same places as smokers (they will also be able to enjoy passive smoking). The situation will also force all sellers to close their shops and leave the exclusivity of the market to tobacconists (many tobacconists are also run by friends and family of the current Hungarian regime). Obviously, with the excuse of protecting young people, online sales will also be prohibited.
