CHARLON MINI 225W: SMALLER, ALWAYS SO DESIGNED AND EVEN MORE POWERFUL!
With each new release, the Chinese manufacturer Smoant has surprised us with the quality of its products. Today, we are going to discover the latest one: The Charon Mini 225W.
Rectangular and fully designed zinc alloy, the new box Charon Mini 225W is a miniaturized version of the famous box Charon TS 218. More compact but still ergonomic with its rounded edges, the new box Charon Mini 225W clearly stands out with a futuristic and colorful design that would make us almost think of a smartphone latest generation.
On the main facade there is a large 2 ″ color TFT screen with a resolution of 300 dpi, two dimming buttons and a micro-usb socket for reloading and updating the firmware. To facilitate use, the switch is for its part placed on the side of the box.
Operating with two 18650 batteries which will be installed behind the front panel, the Charon Mini has a maximum power of 225 watts. Equipped with the “Ant225” chipset, we will obviously find several operating modes including variable power “Curve” and temperature control “Curve” (Ni200 / Ti / SS316L).
The new Smoant Ant225 chipset will offer many possibilities including conventional safety (overheating, reverse polarity) and the ability to customize its background screen. The Ant225 chipset will have updates and Smoant promises a surprising reactivity with a firing evaluated at 0,015 seconds.
