While the association " AIDUCE "(Independent Association of Electronic Cigarette Users) presented its wishes, they also took the opportunity to announce that they had been invited in the terms below to a hearing of the High Council of Public Health (HCSP) in the coming days.
The Directorate General for Health and the Interministerial Mission for the Fight Against Drugs and Addictive Behaviors recently approached the High Council for Public Health (HCSP) on the issue of e-cigarettes. This seizure, in addition to requesting an update of HCSP 25 April 2014's opinion on the benefit-risk balance of e-cigarette extended in the general population, asks about the e-cigarette as a weaning support device as well as the risk of nicotine initiation that it may represent, especially among the youngest.
This audition is scheduled for January 21 2016, from 09 h 30 to 12 h 30, and will be collective. The other invited personalities are:

The Aiduce of course accepted this meeting. Brice Lepoutre will therefore present itself in January to make the voice of vapers heard and defended. The association will be particularly vigilant and attentive to what will be said, especially given the identity of certain guests whose point of view on vaping we know. They will bring all their expertise on the subject and will maintain more than ever that vaping is not smoking and that the amalgamation between the personal vaporizer and the tobacco cigarette is an unfounded aberration which must now be put to an end.
