Present in the wholesale sector of electronic cigarettes and related products since 2014, Grossiste Francochine is a major player in the sector. The company exports its products to France and throughout Europe and the world.
In full expansion, the company is looking to recruit a Sales Assistant, to take up immediate post under a CDD contract (with the possibility of a CDI at the end of the contract, depending on the results), to exercise, among others, the following functions:
Customer service (telephone, online chat and physics)
Technical support (telephone, online chat and e-mail)
Order tracking (Excel ++ control)
Customer Litigation Management

With a calm and composed temperament, you have a great sense of organization and a great rigor of work. You will join a team of about fifteen people, and work in the offices to ensure the proper functioning of the company. Fluency in written English would be a plus.
