We have a high-end boutique in the Parisian center that also serves as headquarters and a show-room for the wholesale trade of equipment and liquids. Our target is therefore both B2B and B2C.
Our company is also and above all the owner and manufacturer of the brand PULP liquids.

Thanks to our creativity, we have been able to adapt to the requirements of this very competitive French market. We aim to also export our liquids to all countries where vaping is authorized, which we have already started to do through our presence in England, Italy, the Baltics etc ... while being one of the brands the strongest in the French market.

Your mission :

In direct contact with the various departments, you will be responsible for customer loyalty, the acquisition of new customers and support for management in its various administrative tasks to ensure the proper organization of the structure.

The tasks that will be entrusted to you are as follows:

- Management of incoming customer calls;
- Management of customer returns / after-sales service
- The link with our logistics center to settle disputes (parcel not received, tracking etc.)
- Sending of commercial proposals;
- Update and enrichment of our customer database;
- Search for new prospects;
- Telephone prospecting (trade fair / sales support for setting up shops)
- Participation in mailing campaigns (ensuring the monitoring of the operation)
- Commercial preparation of trade shows (sending emails, newsletters and calls)
- Follow-up of customer contacts at trade shows (Reminders following trade shows / registration of contact files on the database)

Your profile :

Experience in management and / or administrative and / or commercial assistantship: minimum 3 years.

TECHNICAL SKILLS FOR THIS POST:

- Prestashop knowledge;
- Mastery of the Office and CRM Pack
- Perfect command of the French language and its spelling;
- Bilingual English-French, skills in other languages ​​such as German, Italian, Chinese, Russian very appreciable (We export internationally and often international incoming calls)

REQUIRED QUALITIES :

You have certain relational skills (bagou, sympathy, respect and patience). Indeed, these qualities are essential to answer customers by phone, whatever the requirements and attitudes of those customers. Customer loyalty will be your watchword
