CANADA: Decline in smoking, increased vaping.

The proportion of Canadians who smoke tobacco has further declined from 15% in 2013 to 13% in 2015 across the country, according to a Statistics Canada study released Wednesday.

The electronic cigarette is rising, since 13% of Canadians had made use of 2015, contrary to 9% two years earlier. However, half of the users who tried it did so in a process to quit, according to the Canadian Tobacco, Alcohol and Drugs Survey (CADS).
