Distriplus (www.distriplus.org) is a group of service companies specializing in operational marketing, sales and commercial action.
In the sales force activity, Distriplus is setting up turnkey sales teams who will present and sell products from major brands to supermarkets such as: Danone, Blédina, Bonduelle, Intersnack (Curly, Monster Munch, etc.), Lesieur, Panzani , Lustucru, Sage-Ciel, Saupiquet ...)
Distriplus also offers a range of services responding to their various issues within the world of mass distribution (recruitment of salespeople, merchandising, training in sales techniques and negotiation, strategic thinking, etc.).
Distriplus operates in various sales channels: Large and Medium-Sized Surfaces (GMS) (such as Leclerc, Intermarché, Monoprix, Bricomarché, Castorama, Darty ...), Non-Home Use (CHD), pharmacies and perfumes.

We are looking for, for our client (electronic cigarettes), a Head of Sector M / F on the Brittany region.

Attached to the sales manager, you develop the turnover of your sector (traders) on behalf of our client.

As such, you will support:
- Prospecting.
- The work of 4P: product argumentation, price argumentation, linear place argumentation, promo argumentation.
- Negotiation and sales argumentation in order to order the references in the points of sale and to ensure the presence of all the references of the product ranges according to the agreements negotiated in central purchasing.
- Negotiation and implementation of promotional offers in order to boost sales volume.
- Competitive intelligence by reporting daily important information collected in store.
- Advice to your contacts
You will have previously received training at headquarters:
> Negotiation and sales techniques and customer approach strategy.
> Mass consumption: the different markets (according to internal missions).
> IT tool: reporting CRM.
> Products.

You will benefit from continuous training through:

Your profile :
Training Bac +2 to +5, you want to measure yourself against the environment of Commerce.
You have a taste for sales and a good sense of negotiation, come and develop sales in your geographical area! Autonomy, organization & management of priorities, interpersonal skills, ability to convince, analytical skills, will allow you to build a privileged long-term relationship with your customers, and to flourish in a profession of the future

Salary: Fixed + bonuses + tablet + cell phone located. Service vehicle. CDI at the key.
