HOW DO YOU TACKLE THE TOBACCO DIRECTIVE WHICH COMES TO BE IMPOSED?
It is obvious, this week we could not direct the debate towards anything other than the European directive on tobacco. Since May 20, this one has been applied causing a sort of panic in the microcosm of the vape. Some professionals have closed their profiles on social networks, blogs have become private, some have preferred to go into exile in Switzerland when others have decided not to change anything. According to Aiduce and Fivape, legal action could take more than 10 years and would necessarily call into question this tobacco directive (partially or totally).
So according to you? How should we fight against the European directive on tobacco which has just been imposed on us? Should we take all the risks by disobeying the law? Do we have to hide in order to continue to exist? Should we only wait for Fivape and Aiduce to provide us with a solution? What are you ready to do to defend your right to vape?
