THE CREATOR OF LADYBUG VICTIM OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY THEFT?

It is on his official Facebook page that the creator of concentrated aromas and e-liquids "Ladybug Juice" declared that he had his brand "stolen" by the Aeroma laboratory following a declaration to the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI).
An explanatory video has been broadcast and removed by the brand, which has since received a lot of support from its fans.

It is not easy to know who is right or wrong in this case, given that it is above all a matter of "intellectual property" law. The editorial staff of Vapoteurs.net contacted the two companies and is currently awaiting further information.

To know that this case makes a lot of noise for a few hours in the world of the vape and a petition was even created to support Ladybug Juice.
