THE PODIUM OF QUALITY OF SERVICE ACCORDING TO CAPITAL
This is good news for several French brands specializing in vaping. Indeed, for the 5th consecutive year, Capital joined the institute The report of Statista to publish the list of " Best Brands »In France in 2021. This year is therefore Smoke Point who finished in first place (with a score of 7,74 / 10 ) followed by Taklope ( 7,45 / 10) and finally Vaporstore ( 7,38 / 10 ). Regarding "THE" best brand, this is not a first because Point Smoke is listed for the second consecutive year in the France ranking of best brands.
But what method concerning this survey? On its website, Capital specifies: " Measuring the satisfaction rate of the French with the quality of service offered in stores: this is the objective of this new study carried out by the Statista institute for Capital. As in previous editions, our partner carried out an online survey of 20.000 consumers who were able, last summer, in complete independence, to give their opinion only on the brands visited over the past three years. They were able to assess, on a scale of 0 to 10, three criteria: the attention paid to customers, the level of professional expertise and the desire to recommend the brand to their relatives. The summary of the results obtained made it possible to calculate a final score, rounded to two decimal places even if the rank takes into account the following decimals. Note that the tables show as usual a top 3 when more than ten companies were competing in their category. Otherwise, only a top 2 is offered. »
