Innelec Multimedia concluded the sale of its business relating to electronic cigarettes and vaping products. The activity, launched three years ago, has grown rapidly to reach a turnover of 5,1 ME during the fiscal year 2016-2017. According to the Manageo site, Innelec Multimedia owned two registered trademarks (Quick Vape and Vap Création).
However, the electronic cigarette market has evolved considerably in recent months with constant technological developments and the implementation of new legislation (TPD) since January. Innelec Multimedia wanted to refocus on its core business.
The group therefore sold the business (customers, suppliers, brands), the stock as well as the personnel dedicated to this activity, allowing immediate continuation of the activity and its development. The sale of this activity, effective on September 1, 2017, will have no impact on Innelec's results.
