UNITED STATES: $ 10 million for the first TV advertising campaign for the Juul e-cigarette!

The American e-cigarette giant never stops talking! Barely two months after agreeing to stop selling his fruity cartridges in store, Juul plans to launch its first TV advertising campaign with a budget of 10 million.

A FIRST CAMPAIGN WHICH WILL STAGE FORMER SMOKERS!

Barely two months after agreeing to stop the sale of fruit-flavored refills in stores, the American e-cigarette giant Juul plans to launch its first TV advertising campaign. The ads scheduled to air this summer will feature testimonials from adults who have used the infamous e-cigarette to help them quit smoking, Business Insider reports.

These TV commercials are reportedly costing Juul $ 10 million and will air on national cable channels after 22 p.m. Executives say the ads are aimed at adults 35 and older and include testimonials from smokers aged 37 to 54.

If this decision is particularly interesting, it is also debated because tobacco manufacturers are for their limited shares in the distribution of advertising on television or in print. These same regulations have not yet been applied to manufacturers of electronic cigarettes, which opens up some possibilities for Juul.

In October, Juul was able to reach and surpass valuation level of 10 billion dollars just seven months after its first venture capital increase, the fastest ever achieved by a company. According to Neilsen, Juul currently holds 75% of the electronic cigarette market.
