UNITED STATES: In the state of Indiana, vaping is finding color again!

The state of Indiana in the United States went through a real economic disaster before the Senate finally validated a bill to significantly reduce the regulations on e-liquids. Today, the vaping industry no longer suffers from these insurmountable restrictions and it is even finding colors!

THE NEW LAW HAS DISAPPEARED THE MONOPOLY ON E-LIQUIDS

In Indiana, the vaping industry is finally starting to take off! Since the new law passed by the Senate eliminated the monopoly that imposed restrictions on manufacturers preventing them from selling their products in the state, growth seems to be back.

As a reminder, following a law passed in 2016, only seven companies were authorized to produce e-liquids with the aim of selling them in Indiana. Today the Indianapolis Business Journal reports that nearly 100 manufacturers are now licensed to produce and sell their e-liquids in the state, and those thanks to the e-liquid market opening law signed by the governor Eric Holcomb in April.

To Amy Lane, president of the group Vaping Indiana Smoke-Free Alliance « It is consumers who benefit from the price of e-liquids at a level suitable for the industry."
