Nothing is going well for vaping in the United States! Yesterday San Francisco announced a ban on flavored e-liquids, today it is the city of Austin in Texas that is talking about it by voting a ban on the use and sale of electronic cigarettes in public places .

FEAR SETS IN, BANS ON VAPING FLOWER!

Yesterday, The Austin Texas City Council voted a ban on the use and sale of electronic cigarettes in public places. This decision expands an ordinance that City Council passed in 2005 to restrict smoking in all public places, including parks, restaurants and bars.

If the vape has become popular in recent years, it was not included in the prescription. For the past year and a half, the city's public health department has been working to add electronic cigarettes to the prescription while declaring that " this will protect the population from passive vaping"

Christie Garbe, Vice-President & Chief Strategy Officer for Austin's central health service, for his part said “ We don't know what types of chemicals are in the vapor, what is certain is that we want to make sure that everyone can breathe freely without being affected by passive vaping.  »

This new order banning the use and sale of electronic cigarettes in public places is expected to come into effect on 3 next July.
