In the United Kingdom, the e-cigarette has taken pride of place in the fight against smoking. At the end of the year, it is once again the Public Health England which encourages smokers to opt for the vape by demonstrating the least harmfulness of the e-cigarette in the face of tobacco consumption.
AN EDIFYING VIDEO THAT COMPARES THE IMPACT OF E-CIGARETTE AND SMOKING!
After declaring a few years ago that vaping is at least 95% less harmful compared to smoking, Public Health England continues to prove the interest of e-cigarettes in the perspective of risk reduction. In a recent video, the Dr. Lion Shahab et Rosemary Leonard, smoking experts, visually illustrate the high levels of carcinogenic chemicals and tar inhaled by an average smoker for a month, compared to not smoking or using an e-cigarette during the same period.
Le Dr. Lion Shahab, a leading smoking cessation scholar at University College London, insists: “ The false belief that vaping is as harmful as smoking can prevent thousands of smokers from switching to e-cigarettes to help them quit smoking. I hope this experience will help people see the tremendous damage caused by smoking, which could be avoided by switching to electronic cigarettes."
