MANAGER SALES ADMINISTRATION (M / F)

Your missions :
- Customer support by email and phone
- Order Processing + Claims
- After Sales Management
- General administrative tasks
- Preparation of accounting documents
Your profile :
- Management training; Bac +2 minimum
- Experience in customer service
- You are open and flexible with new tasks
- Ideally, you have knowledge of the electronic cigarette product
- Good computer skills, MS Office
- correct knowledge of English (internally)
- knowledge of German (would be a plus)
