Aiduce offers a petition against the application of the Tobacco Products Directive. In October 2013, she had already initiated a petition so that the European Parliament does not equate the electronic cigarette with a drug or she had collected almost 40000 signatures.
Today, the Tobacco Products Directive (TPD) imposes very severe restrictions on products currently available on the market. The only way to preserve vaping as we know it today is not to transpose this directive into national law, a transposition that the government wants to ratify without using the usual democratic voting procedures.
