Following the 1er top of the vape which took place the 9 May 2016 in Paris, a working group was born between the professionals of the vape and the general direction of the Health. A first meeting was therefore held on May 13 and we were waiting for some answers. Since that date no official press release has fallen, the site " The Tobacco World »Announces for its part to have feedback from a source close to the case. Obviously, this information should be taken with a grain of salt while waiting for the first feedback from the Fivape on the subject.
« According to a source close to the file, the meeting between professionals of the vape and the DGS (Directorate General of Health) - this Friday (see Lmdt 13 May) - took place in a constructive atmosphere, even friendly, but of many technical and calendar points remain in an absolute blur concerning the conditions of transposition European tobacco for the electronic cigarette.
It appears however that the ordinance on this transposition is scheduled for this Thursday 19 may. The day before the 20 May, when the transposition of the European Tobacco Directive is supposed to enter into force. And the corresponding decrees will be delayed. »
