Hook & Description :
In a young and dynamic team you will be responsible for the content on the website and help center (text, image, video) and telephone reception.
Anxious to accompany our customers in their approach of becoming a vaper, you will be force of proposal and action to improve the satisfaction of our customers.
Ideally, you master the tools of e-commerce (Prestashop, suite Adobe, Analytics ...) and inclined to improve the e-reputation of cigaretteelec.fr (Mailing / Community Management).
