EGRIP OLED: PRESENTATION AND PACKAGING

The eGrip Oled is a "box" mod from Joyetech, it is delivered in a sturdy cardboard box where everything is carefully protected. On this box we find as often a scratch-off authentication label, it will allow you to be sure not to have a counterfeit. With a length of 10cm, a width of 4,6cm and a thickness of 2cm, the Oled eGrip turns out to be a truly miniature box. It has a variable power of 5 to 20 Watts (WV mode) and a variable voltage of 2.0 to 8.0 Volts (VV mode) and a battery capacity of 1500mah. (the equivalent of a spinner or evod VV battery). Its built-in tank can hold up to 3,6 ml of e-liquid which is quite correct. The eGrip Oled kit contains an eGrip Oled box, an interchangeable drip-tip, 2 1,5ohm resistors, 1 base to install the resistance, 1 Usb charger, 1 specific screwdriver, replacement gaskets, 1 wall adapter and a user manual. use in several languages (French included).

A MINI BOX CLASS, DISCRETE, FUTURIST: SHE HAS STYLE!innocigs-Egrip-oled-e-zigarette-alle-farben-weiss

What a success in terms of design! At first glance, it's hard not to fall in love with this little wonder. Clean and discreet, the Oled eGrip has it all, entirely in stainless steel, it fits in the palm of your hand and despite its weight. 190 grams, it will satisfy all people wishing to have a small design mod, solid and having an integrated Oled screen. The eGrip Oled is offered in no less than 6 different finishes (Black, Silver, Cherry Red, Pearl White, Sky Blue and "Magic" Blue). The drip-tip is interchangeable, it still offers a possibility of customization of this box.

EGRIP OLED: THE FAMOUS EGRIP AND AN OLED SCREEN IN ADDITION!

The eGrip Oled is a really ingenious little box, and if this new version remains very close to the very first, we will note the addition of this Oled screen which offers us a better reading. If on the eGrip we did not always know precisely at what power we were, on this Oled version, no doubt and then we can say it clearly: The Oled screen on a box mod has almost become an obligation for precision . Now let's move on to the innovations, first of all the eGrip tank is integrated into the box and the filling is done through a small opening on the side, this one is protected by a hatch which clips on and which is completely waterproof. An ingenious system that will even require the use of a needle bottle to be really precise and do it properly.

A PERFECT VAPE TO START AND ADJUSTABLE FOR EXPERTS!

As you can see in the picture (on the right), the resistance of 1,5ohm provided basic (eGrip Cs) is installed on a base which is then screwed onto the box. The system is completely sealed thanks to the seal on this base. The vapor produced is rather dense and pleasant, this system will certainly appeal to any beginner vaper. Although I rather vape on sophisticated equipment, the eGrip surprised me with its performance and even if we stayed far from sub-ohm clearomizers and other novelties in terms of rendering, I found it pleasant and more particularly the morning when I like to vape without being attacked. Obviously if you are an experienced vapoteur you will think that this material is not for you… False! Joyetech had the good idea to offer for around 11 euros, a " Rba kit »Which replaces the famous resistance of 1.5 ohm, and which will allow you to go down to 0,4 ohm, to make it a mini sub-ohm box (even if with a power of 20w it will remain limited). However, I could not tell you more about it not having tried it. Finally, a air-flow system has been installed on the eGrip, a discreet screw placed at the bottom of the box will allow you to slightly modulate your vaping comfort, nothing extraordinary but at least it has the merit of existing. Besides on this subject I advise you to remove it quite simply in order to have a print as aerial as possible (be careful it is miniature and can easily get lost).

EGRIP OLED: SOME NEW FUNCTIONS!

The eGrip Oled so is a mod vW / vV, so you can manage its power through an adjustment wheel at 360 ° which turns out to be pretty straightforward. This will allow you to go from 8 watts to 20 watts or from 2.0 to 8.0 Volts, obviously we will not advise you to calibrate yourself immediately on 20 watts so as not to burn out your input resistance. To have a pleasant vape, you will need to stay between 8 and 12 watts with the resistors provided, you can probably go up to 20 watts without problem if you purchase the "Rba" kit sold separately. Regarding the new functions, the arrival of the Oled screen is accompanied by some possibilities including the presence of the battery level, the display of the output voltage, the power, the value of your resistance as well as the counted time of each puff. An indicator will also warn you with the message "No atomizer" if there is a malfunction or no resistance is installed. Finally, there will be a temperature control alert that will be triggered automatically if your battery exceeds 70 ° C (5 sec cutoff) as well as protection so that your puff does not exceed 10 seconds.

EGRIP IS A BATTERY MOD! NO NEED FOR A SPECIFIC BATTERY OR CHARGER!

This box by Joyetech is charged like an "ego" battery, a usb adapter and other wall adapter are provided in the pack to recharge your Oled eGrip. This system is very practical because it allows you to continue to vape during the charge, only small problem, the entry of the connector is under the box and suddenly this prevents to put it straight but that remains only a detail. . The full charging time of the box is 2h30 about and remains visible on the Oled screen.

THE POSITIVE POINTS OF OLED EGRIP BY JOYETECH

- The addition of an Oled screen much more readable than the inscriptions on the first version.
- The integration of the temperature control alert.
- The possibility of installing resistors up to 0.4 Ohm against 1.2 Ohm on the first version.
- A superb design and a beautiful finish which make it an elegant box!
- A tank with a capacity of 3,6ml which gives good autonomy.
- A complete starter kit, no need for anything else for initiation.
- A compact and solid box which in addition remains discreet (small size)
- A good quality of vape and the possibility of putting an "Rba" kit
- The skylight on the front of the box which allows to have a view of the remaining e-liquid.
- The ingenious and practical filling system.
- A complete user manual in French!
- The price which remains reasonable since everything is integrated, all you need is the e-liquid.

THE NEGATIVE POINTS OF OLED EGRIP BY JOYETECH3

- Its weight of almost 200g which makes it a bit heavy for its miniature size.
- A poorly studied air-flow system, I preferred to remove the screw immediately to have a minimum air draft.
- Access to the tank for cleaning is not easy, it is difficult to clean it perfectly.
- The absence of resistance other than the one at 1.5 Ohm, resistances at 0.8 or 1 Ohm would have been at the top.
- The "Rba" kit not included while Joyetech announces on the box "Subohm solution"
- A fairly limited autonomy with its 1500 mAh battery.

EGRIP OLED: THE VAPOTEURS.NET EDITOR'S OPINION

With this eGrip Oled, Joyetech is trying to offer us an improved version of its famous box. For 10 euros more than the previous version you will have the right to an Oled screen which allows a better reading of the indications as well as all the advantages of a DNA chipset. Furthermore, The eGrip Oled now accepts resistances up to 0.4 Ohm thanks to its Rba kit (even if at 20w it will be difficult to go below 0.7-0.8 Ohm without losing the quality of a vape). We just regret that Joyetech did not take the opportunity to add a little autonomy to its box as well as a better air-flow system. The big black point will lie in these famous resistors (eGrip GS) to 1.5 ohm which I personally find a little weak. The fact remains that this kit will be perfect for a beginner and will offer everything you need to start the vape serenely without forgetting of course the confirmed vapers who will have all the leisure to use the "Rba" kit to make it. a box " Sub-ohm"

You could find eGrip Oled from Joyetech at our partner Iclope at the price of 69,90 Euros. The kit « rba Is sold separately at the price of 11 Euros and the resistors are sold by pack of 5 to 14,90 Euros.
