VAPORFLASK STOUT: PRESENTATION AND PACKAGING
La Vaporflask Stout is presented in a black rigid cardboard box. Inside we will find the box installed in a foam box, a usb recharging cable, an authenticity card and a user manual in French. In terms of technical characteristics, the Vaporflask Stout is 85 mm height for 46 mm width and 30 mm of diameter. One of the important characteristics of this box remains its different autonomy possibilities with the choice of installing a battery 18650 or a battery 26650, the important thing will be to have a discharge current greater than 35 A. Note that the Vaporflask Stout has a 510 spring connection.
VAPORFLASK STOUT: AN EXCEPTIONAL FINISH!
If you are looking for the great strength of this Vaporflask Stout well you will find it in the finish. Although this one has a fairly simple design with a single color (Black or Steel), its shape of a "lighter" is very pleasant and turns out to be really ergonomic. Entirely in Stainless Steel, the Vaporflask Stout benefits from an exceptional finish, after several weeks of intensive use it does not have the slightest trace or scratch, the coating turns out to be extremely strong and the 510 spring connection is also very good quality. Overall this model is of very high quality and comes close to what you would expect from a high-end mod.
VAPORFLASK STOUT: AN EVOLVING QUALITY CHIPSET!
Since Wismec chaperoned the project, we obviously expected a good report from this side. Well the Vaporflask Stout does not actually disappoint! With a power varying from 1 to 100 watts, we will have what it takes to operate most of the atomizers on the market, in addition it has an upgradeable chipset that will allow you to update it and not have a product obsolete after a few months. The Vaporflask Stout has 6 different operating modes:
- Variable Power Mode : It will allow you to use your khantal-based resistors from 0.1 O hm to 3.5 Ohms.
- Ni-200 Mode (Nickel) : It will allow you to use your Ni-200 resistors from 0.05 Ohm to 3.5 Ohms with a temperature range between 100 and 315 ° C.
- Ti mode (Titanium) : It will allow you to use your titanium resistors from 0.05 Ohm to 3.5 Ohms with a temperature range between 100 and 315 ° C.
- SS Mode (Stainless Steel / 316L) : It will allow you to use your Stainless Steel resistors (Inox 316 L) from 0.05 Ohm to 3.5 Ohms with a temperature range between 100 and 315 ° C.
- Bypass mode : It will allow you to use your Vaporflask Stout as a mechanical mod.
- TCR mode (Temperature coefficient of the resistance): It allows you to have an even more precise setting in terms of temperature control.
You have been warned! : The Vaporflask Stout does not have a basic TCR mode, to benefit from it it will be necessary to update it on the site of Wismec.
VAPORFLASK STOUT: A CHOICE AT AUTONOMY LEVEL
An interesting thing about this Vaporflask Stout lies in the fact of being able to install an 18650 battery or a 26650 battery there which will give you a different autonomy according to your choice. Basically, the location for the battery is provided for a 26650 model but a tube adapter is supplied with the Vaporflask Stout in order to be able to install an 18650. The interior of the compartment is very clean and nothing protrudes, the base of the Vaporsflask has a locket which turns and comes to properly enclose the battery once installed. The system is clean, practical and above all aesthetic. It should be noted that the Vaporflask Stout chipset has several safety features including atomizer detection, protection against short circuits or even temperature alert.
PRECAUTIONS FOR USE OF VAPORFLASK STOUT
This box being basic adapted to manage the sub-ohm, you do not have a priori to worry about a safety point of view. The Vaporflask Stout has been configured to accept resistances up to 0,1 ohm, so we have the right to trust it. Its power of 100 watts will also be good enough to vault safely. Despite this, we draw your attention to the fact that when choosing your batteries you have to be careful. If you do not have the necessary knowledge, ask before you use it.

How not to give this model an excellent mention as it was difficult to find defects. Wismec had the good idea to put back these models Vaporflask in the race and it was well done. Obviously with the Stout we get a little out of the image that Vaporflask had given to its models but the design remaining original we will not complain. For our part, we had great pleasure in using this box which in our opinion ranks more in high-end mods due to its exceptional finish. If you want to acquire a solid box, efficient and has a foolproof finish the Vaporflask Stout can only fill you.
