On the occasion of World No Tobacco Day, the " Center newspaper "Exchanged with the Dr. Keddi, addiction psychiatrist in Nevers, responsible for running a prevention stand in the lobby of the Agglomeration hospital center. This specialist asks for an increase of several euros in the price of tobacco, or even its ban. For him, it is urgent that the public authorities take severe measures.
According to him, " In France, nicotine substitutes are hardly reimbursed: 150 € per year and per person. But we can do better. I think we can move on to something else.
