This is the beautiful story of the day! In these difficult times, fine gestures give a little balm to the heart. The shop Clopinette de Niort recently saved the revenue from the firefighters' calendar (€ 4.701 of revenue for the sale of some 600 calendars, plus 20% of the store or € 940).
TRUE SUPPORT FOR THE FIREFIGHTERS FRIENDLY!
Last year, nothing was easy and so was the famous sale of firefighter calendars. In response to these difficulties, some professionals got involved and this is the case of the Clopinette store in Niort.
First merchant to support the firefighters' association for the sale of their calendars in this troubled year, Jean-Francois Klein, boss of Clopinette in the shopping arcade of Grand Leclerc yesterday gave two checks to David Ricolleau. The president of the said firefighters' association gave us on this occasion, a first assessment of the sale of these calendars, which could not, confinement requires, be carried out door to door, during December: « we have so far achieved 50% of the usual recipe and should reach 60 to 70% » observes David Ricolleau.
The assistance provided represents € 4.701 of revenue for the sale of some 600 calendars, plus 20% of the store, or € 940. Bravo for this nice gesture!
