The 2019 vape Summit aims to change the way we look at this tool by offering a unique space in France for exchanges between stakeholders, health professionals, scientists, public health officials, industry professionals and users.

After an introduction on the principle of harm reduction applied to the field of smoking, the program of interventions will review the state of knowledge on individual and collective risks, innovations driven by this risk reduction tool.
