The subject of nicotine is still a big black spot in Switzerland. With current regulations on nicotine which prohibits the sale in the country but which authorizes its consumption, a real "gray" market (at the limit of legality) see "black" exists. Despite the various discussions on the subject, the ban on nicotine in electronic cigarettes will not be regulated until 2018.
