SWITZERLAND: Vaping now banned in closed public places in Neuchâtel

In the Canton of Neuchâtel in Switzerland, a new restriction is now imposed on vaping. Indeed, since June 1, using an e-cigarette in closed public places in Neuchâtel is quite simply prohibited.


STEAMERS "HAVE THE SAME SIGN" AS SMOKERS!


Since June 1, 2020, the use of vaping products in closed public places in Neuchâtel is prohibited. While this measure doesn't appear to have a big impact on bars and restaurants, vape shop owners are angry. In order to be able to continue working in good conditions, they requested an exemption from the Canton of Neuchâtel.

The Council of State had however warned last March, the followers of vaping will be accommodated in the same boat as traditional smokers ...
