A BILL BANS THE SALE OF E-CIGARETTES TO MINORS
Neuchâtel prohibits the sale and delivery of electronic cigarettes to minors. The Grand Council accepted a bill in this direction on Tuesday afternoon. Associated products, such as refill liquids, are also prohibited. Delivery for commercial purposes is also prohibited.
With this vote, the Neuchâtel Parliament anticipates a project currently under discussion at the federal level. This is the revision of the Tobacco Products Act and which may not see the light of day for two years.
