UNITED STATES: A nicotine test on students in schools in Nebraska ...

Always further, always more surprising, the hunt for nicotine and especially e-cigarettes no longer seems to have limits in the United States. In fact, a school district in the state of Nebraska recently announced that it will conduct a random test for nicotine in students.

MISCELLANEOUS CONSEQUENCES FOR STUDENTS WHO WILL BE POSITIVE!

No more doubts, in the United States vaping is now considered epidemiological among adolescents? Recently, a high school in Nebraska decided to take action to curb the use of e-cigarettes by students.

La Fairbury Public School will launch a screening campaign and will therefore randomly test the presence of nicotine in students. The director stated that 20 at 25 students would be randomly selected for tests about nine times per school year.

This will only apply to children participating in extracurricular activities such as clubs and sports. The director also told local media that tests with positive results will have various consequences.

Many questions are still pending regarding this operation, namely the legality of this one, there could indeed be a problem of invasion of privacy.
