USA: FDA threatens 99% of products on the market!

The Wall Street Journal today published an article that had the effect of a bomb in the United States revealing the real intentions of the FDA (Food & Drug Administration) regarding the regulation of e-cigarettes.

Indeed, an excellent article from the correspondent Tripp Mickle highlighted the threats the current FDA regulatory plan would pose to e-cigarettes, vaping products, and small businesses. This plan would clearly oppose consumer freedom.

FDA-building-jpgThe reporter focused on one aspect of the proposed FDA regulation that is often overlooked in summaries presented to the media. He points to the fact that all products currently on the market should undergo " an approval process In order to be able to continue to remain on sale and it is therefore clearly a market of several million dollars that is called into question. Without Congressional action, this one aspect of the FDA proposal threatens to wipe out 99% see more products currently available on the vape market obviously leaving room for Big Tobacco.

AVA (American Vaping Association) which is the equivalent of our AIDUCE was grateful to the " Wall Street Journal »Which is the first major American newspaper to finally AVA-Logo-e1405348313539reveal the truth about the FDA's Machiavellian plans for a "regulation". Namely, that for the vast majority of players in the e-cigarette market, this FDA rule would result in a ban and not a regulation. Note that of course this aspect of the proposal will require all nicotine e-liquids and vaporization devices to receive approval before being put back on the market.
