One could fear it, it is done. Launched today with great fanfare by Marisol Touraine, the operation “Moi (s) sans tabac” has all of the centralized self-celebration. FRANCE: TOTAL FAILURE OF GOVERNMENTAL TOBACCO PLAN

He signs the editorial of the latest "Weekly Epidemiological Bulletin (BEH)" (his magazine) which, "once is not customary", is entirely devoted to smoking, the first cause of preventable premature mortality in France (more than 70 000 deaths per year). CANADA: MONTREAL DOESN'T WANT ANY MORE INVESTMENT IN THE TOBACCO INDUSTRY
Montreal elected officials are asking the City to take steps to ensure that municipal pension funds are not invested in the tobacco industry. "We do not want there to be a mixed message from the City, which [said] want to improve the health of citizens but who invested in tobacco," said Thursday the councilor of the Coalition Montreal.
