SWITZERLAND: NICOTINE E-LIQUIDS ARE ALLOWED FOR SALE!


After a wait of several years and a long and difficult fight, Swiss vapers will finally be able to enjoy e-liquids containing nicotine! Swiss health authorities have confirmed the decision of the Federal Administrative Court this week which allows the import and immediate sale of nicotine e-liquid. (See article)

UNITED STATES: SIGNS BANNING VAPE IN THE PARKS OF HEMPSTEAD 


According to a recent press release, officials in the city of Hempstead in the United States have installed new signs in the city's parks to remind visitors that vaping is prohibited on the premises. (See article)


FRANCE: AN ADJUSTMENT OF TOBACCO PRICES WITH GENERALIZED STABILITY!


After increasing by one euro on average on March 1, the price of a packet of cigarettes will vary little on Monday, despite further increases. Brands have in fact decided to cut back on their margins to absorb part of the tax increase decided by the government. These new prices were published in an order in the Official Journal on April 1.
