UNITED KINGDOM: IBVTA REPORTS THE CONCLUSIONS OF A STUDY ON THE E-CIGARETTE


According to research led by Cardiac Professor Charalambos Vlachopoulos, the e-cigarette is as bad as tobacco and its use would increase blood pressure. The Independent British Vape Trade Association (IBVTA) denounced the findings of Professor Charalambos, describing them as misinformation. (See article)

FRANCE: E-CIGARETTE PACKAGING WINS THE “CARTON OF THE YEAR” AWARD


The twentieth edition of the Pro Carton ECMA Awards competition rewarded its winners at a ceremony which took place on September 15 at the ECMA Congress in Cannes. Among the various prizes and competitions, divided into seven categories and three major awards, the Carton of the Year award was won by the electronic cigarette packaging “My. Von Erl ”produced by Finnish paper maker Metsä Board. (See article)
