FRANCE: COSTS OF NOTIFICATION OF PRODUCTS DOWN IN NEW DECREE
The decree modifies the provisions of Decree No. 2016-1139 relating to the manufacture, presentation, sale and use of tobacco products, vaping products and herbal smoking products other than tobacco. In particular, it amends the transitional periods for declaration and notification of vaping products, as well as the costs associated with these declarations. (See article)
SWITZERLAND: IS THE COUNTRY TOO LIBERAL TOBACCO?
The file was sent back to the Federal Council by a majority of the National Council because it found the bill on tobacco products too ambitious, especially on advertising.
