VAP'BREVES: News from the Weekend of July 09 and 10, 2016

AIDUCE (Independent Association of Users of Electronic Cigarettes) has just filed with Mrs. Marisol Touraine, Minister of Health, a graceful appeal against certain provisions of the order of 19 May 2016 on vaping products. (See article)

Uruguay won its long dispute with tobacco company Philip Morris, who demanded 25 million dollars (nearly 22,5 million euros) in compensation for losses caused by strict local anti-smoking regulations. (See article)
