It was while speaking with military veterans about their preparation for re-entry into the workforce that Will Cohen noticed a smell that could be problematic in the eyes of potential employers: The smell of cigarettes.

The interviews also motivated Cohen to launch the associative project " Vape in Vet". This project was even represented in the poster campaign of the event " Vaping the Coast". Launched in July 2013, the project provides starter kits and support for serving and veterans to help them quit smoking. On top of that, they were provided with a bottle of ready-to-vape (BRV) e-liquid so that everyone could have a flavor to suit them.
BRV was founded to fund the project " Vape Vet“Every bottle of e-liquid that is sold helps fund the effort to help veterans stay away from cigarettes. Also 
this made it possible to finance the poster campaign proposed during the event " Vapingt the Coast"
Statistics show that veterans are more likely to smoke than others. The CDC has also proposed statistics which show that 36% of men, veterans in the United States between the ages of 45 and 54 are smokers. If we take the same statistics for people who are not veterans, we fall back to 24% of smokers.
Cohen said the project had begun " on a simple donation basis ” with internal fundraising, but that BRV's investment made it possible to inject funds and provide more 1 500 Starter Kits for veterans. For him, the biggest challenge is to convince veterans to switch from tobacco to e-cigarettes.
