As we told you in our last article on the new services of the site known to all vapers (view article), the Vapelier team launched Vapilles, is still refining its free social network totally dedicated to vaping VAP'REZ (we were able to test it and it works as well as Facebook! Now will the performances hold up while we will be thousands to use it? But the teams development seem calm on the subject ... We'll see) and guess what? They are about to launch VapeMotion.tv, a totally private Youtube, open for free to all vapers, with no storage limit and of course exclusively dedicated to vaping.

Vapoteurs.net : Christophe, how could you summarize this new service that is VapeMotion.tv?
The Vapelier : VapeMotion.tv is nothing more than a Youtube totally dedicated to vaping. Like Youtube, it is completely free, unlike Youtube it will not be subject to the TPD because we will, if necessary, make its access confidential, like Youtube no limit to the size of the MP4 videos that we can upload ... well si… Trois Gigas Bytes, or a single-sided DVD per video posted (and yes, we can extend this limit in a few minutes if the community asks us)… Like Youtube, it is freely accessible to all vapers. Like Youtube, it will be organized by themes and like on Youtube, Internet users will be able to create their lists of favorites and even share them. Finally, as on Youtube, all videos posted must comply with French legislation in terms of content (no prohibited images, violence, and other horrors!). The only condition to be able to use it is to create an account on our platform, either through social network identifiers (Google+, Facebook, Twitter) with a single click, or to create an account directly on levapelier. .com.
Vapoteurs.net : I have two questions straight away.
The first is simple ... if tomorrow all the Youtube channels close because the videos of the vapers are related to indirect advertising for the vape, which in the eyes of the TPD is prohibited, will VapeMotion.tv be able to accommodate all the videos of all youtubers? Do you have the technical means?
Finally, why would not the same content be banned on VapeMotion.tv ???
The Vapelier : Ok, I'll answer the first question in one word: Yes! We have backed our VapeMotion.tv solution to the power of the Cloud. Our storage space is by definition completely infinite. The second question deals with the compliance of VapeMotion.tv with the TPD. The answer requires some explanation ... and I keep my fingers crossed that the authorities do not ask Google to shut down the chains dealing with electronic cigarettes ... That said, if that happens, as far as VapeMotion.tv is concerned, no one will ever be able to us prohibit as long as we remain in compliance with the letter with the law ... In short, as long as we only authorize access to these contents to people 18 years of age and over, perfectly identified through an identifier, a password and an e-mail address. No, we won't be able to prevent some smart kids from lying to us about their age (as they probably already do to access X content), but our responsibility cannot be engaged, and as soon as we spot them, we will close their access, even if everyone guesses what they will do immediately after ... Anyway, the VapeMotion.tv service cannot be closed for legal reasons in the eyes of the TPD.
Vapoteurs.net : How did you come up with the idea of VapeMotion.tv?
The Vapelier : The service was born from the internal solution that we set up in order to be completely independent from Youtube, for the reasons that we have just mentioned… Then from an internal solution to a publicly accessible service, there is no that tens of hours of work which we carried out to render the same service to all those which wish it… in order to create a new space of expression… that of the video!
Vapoteurs.net : Yes, levapelier.com is known for its love of letters… your evaluations and your flash tests number in the thousands, but it is true that the video expression media was not yet part of the services that you offered… is it that we can say that thanks to VapeMotion.tv, we can publish an evaluation video as we could already do through the written expression of Flash Tests?
The Vapelier : Yes totally. Everyone will be able to give their opinion and their rating using the video as a medium of expression, and as the latter can be declined in many other occasions and themes ... we have made it available to all through the other thematic categories covered by VapeMotion.tv, it would be a shame to limit ourselves to evaluations, right?
Vapoteurs.net : Am I wrong in saying that VapeMotion.tv is the little brother of VAP'REZ the private social network of the vape offering the same services as Facebook?
The Vapelier : Laughs, no you are not mistaken… and you know it… laughs!
Vapoteurs.net : Last question… will there be advertising on VapeMotion.tv?
The Vapelier : You know my horror of advertising… I said and I repeat that there will never be any on the vapelier site, but regarding VapeMotion.tv, everything is free and that we still need pay the bandwidth, and the server farms to offer the service, yes, like on Youtube, there will be advertising, but not intrusive, and especially speaking only of Vape, not of cars, or whatever ...
