UNITED STATES: SURVEY SHOWS DOUBLE E-CIGARETTE USE IN SCHOOLS


According to the results of a survey released Monday by the National Institute for Drug Abuse Control, the percentage of high school students who used e-cigarettes in the past 30 days nearly doubled to stand at 20,9% compared to last year. (See article)


EUROPE: THE PRINCIPLE OF INNOVATION ENTERED INTO EUROPEAN LAW
