SHOP STORE
Mission :
- Shop Sale : reception of customers, listening of needs, personalized presentation, accompaniment to the discovery, delivery of the sales pitch, sale and collection
- Stock managment : replenishment of stocks, filling of shelves, showcase, holding of demonstration equipment
- After Sales Management : Respond to user requests
- Permanent formation : sales techniques, new materials, new practices
Required profile :
- Beginner contract contract, work-study contract or professional contract
- Seller at heart, you have the ability to trade with any type of person and sell what you need to who you need.
- Good oral expression
- Sense of service, friendliness, politeness and composure. Smiles and good mood are required to personalize the contact.
- Ability to join a brand universe, to share and transmit its values
- At ease with the computer tool (cash register and inventory management software)
- Knowledge of the electronic cigarette environment is a plus
