A CIGARETTE PACKET AT 13 EUROS, CAN IT ENCOURAGE SMOKERS TO USE THE E-CIGARETTE?
For some time now, we have been hearing about the prospect of spending a packet of cigarettes at the price of 13 euros in France in order to amortize the health costs which are linked to tobacco. But wouldn't such a measure be beneficial to the expansion of the e-cigarette?
With such a large increase, will most smokers continue to pay so much for their addiction or turn to a substitute such as the electronic cigarette?
So, what's your opinion ? Can selling a pack of cigarettes for 13 Euros be a good solution to reduce the number of smokers? Can such a decision promote e-cigarettes and above all encourage smokers to turn to weaning through vaping?
