18% OF THE GOAL, AN INSUFFICIENT RESULT! NO COUNTRY HAS REACHED ITS MINIMUM QUOTA!
Despite the efforts of the volunteers and the people who made the project move, the mayonnaise never really took. France has succeeded in bringing together 28437 signatures on a minimum quota of 55 500 or, 51.24%. The other major European countries have obtained more or less the same results, only Spain has pulled out the pin from its game by managing to reach 87% of their minimum quota. In the end, the result remains insufficient and no country will have reached its minimum quota. The project " Bullbox "And the membership of several thousand vapers will not be enough to defend vaping before the European Parliament, but lessons will probably be learned from this" failure "which, in the end, may not be one.
STEAMERS NOT SO "ANGRY" AS THAT ...
This is the assessment that can be drawn from life, with an estimate of 2.000.000 of vapers in France, the project " EFVI Should have spread like wildfire and hit the quotas in a matter of weeks, but it didn't. A RESULT LIKE THE VAPE CURRENTLY?
We must not hide it, the result is due to many different factors, already, the explosion of the phenomenon is recent and we should not expect a miracle. We can also deduce that the result is due to the image of the vape and more generally of the current society, each one thinks especially of his interest and little of the general interest. Despite this there were still more 180 000 support what leaves hope for the future.
IN THE END IS THIS A FAILURE? WHAT WILL BE THE CONSEQUENCES OF THIS RESULT?
We can indeed say that theEFVI is a failure because the objective was not met, but with 180 000 signatures, we can only be mixed. Let us say rather that the EFVI will have been the first draft of a larger project thereafter. We will have to learn from our mistakes, rethink the organization, the way of doing things and start again for the next time to be a success. On paper, the consequences we all knew, now we will have to wait, continue to make ourselves heard and then we will know in a while if the future of vaping is seriously threatened. One thing is certain is that the lack of cohesion at this level, it is to us alone that we owe it!
