UNITED STATES: No more e-cigarette sales in New York State pharmacies

In the United States, the sale of e-cigarettes will once again be subject to certain restrictions. This is the case in the State of New York or the sale of all "tobacco products" whose vaping products are no longer authorized in pharmacies since May 18.

THE FOURTH STATE TO RESTRICT THE SALE OF E-CIGARETTES IN PHARMACIES

New York therefore becomes the second state in the country to restrict the sale of tobacco products in pharmacies and the fourth state to restrict the sale of e-cigarettes.

It is also reducing the number of stores that sell tobacco products in each community, a supposedly effective way to support smokers who want to quit smoking and to reduce the exposure of young people to the marketing of tobacco products.
